The Partnership Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing relationships with strategic partners to enhance the company's market presence and drive business growth. This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful collaboration to achieve mutual business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with company objectives
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role
