Conduct research to understand vendor businesses and tailor value propositions that suit them.
2. Partnership Development:
Develop partner-specific structure and value proposition.
Build and nurture a network of partners and affiliates, creating channel partnerships.
3. Engagement and Adoption:
Drive engagement and adoption to achieve scalable business growth for BRISKPE.
Develop API-based tools to enhance the scope of partnerships with the tech and product team.
4. Eco-system Building:
Establish an ecosystem supporting SMBs and partners in India.
Contribute strategically to new market development activities in India.
5. Collaborative Marketing:
Collaborate with partners to design and implement joint marketing and promotional campaigns.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams to leverage partnerships for customer acquisition and retention.
Conduct joint events, webinars, and seminars in the same city where the partner is present to leverage their strong foothold.
6. Performance Analysis:
Analyze and monitor partnership performance, identifying optimization and growth opportunities.
Utilize analytics tools to track sales leads, conversions, and revenue generated through partnerships.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in building or managing a partner network, especially in payments, marketplaces, B2B partnerships, SMB-led platforms.
UG or PG in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established goals.
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in written and verbal communications.
Strong decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
Strategic thinking with the ability to see the bigger picture.
Added Skills:
Prior experience in the Payments, E-commerce, and Banking industry.
Experience with data analytics and BI tools.
