As the Partnership and Deal-Flow Manager at Freeflow Ventures, you will be pivotal in enhancing our reach and effectiveness within the startup community. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a robust network of startups and investors, leveraging your existing connections within the ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
- Network Development: Cultivate and maintain a network of startups, investors, and other key stakeholders across various industries. Utilize your existing connections and establish new ones to support our strategic objectives.
- Investor Relations: Conduct detailed calls with startups to understand their business models, funding requirements, and growth plans. Connect them with appropriate investors from our network based on their sector alignment, financial needs, and other relevant criteria.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train a team dedicated to startup engagement and investor relations. Ensure the team is highly motivated and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Process Optimization: Develop and refine internal processes to streamline interactions between startups and investors, enhancing efficiency and success rates.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the startup ecosystem, preferably with exposure to incubators, accelerators, CEO offices, Atal Innovation Centers (AICs), or fund houses.
- Education: A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, significant experience in financial or business aspects of the startup ecosystem.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills are essential. Must have a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem's nuances and the ability to lead and train teams effectively.
