- Candidate should have studied or worked abroad.
- Excellent communication.
- 3+ years in end-to-end account management: post sales, partner onboarding,
upsell, cross-sell, partner retention, escalation management, offboarding, etc.
- Should have handled IT-based B2B accounts from global regions like the US, UK,
Canada, and EMEA. Also, interacting with C-level executives.
