Job Summary:
The Partner Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the partner sales team by managing relationships with channel partners assisting with operational tasks and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and partners. The role involves assisting partners with sales inquiries, managing partner programs, and providing the necessary tools and resources to help partners succeed in promoting and selling the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing partner relationships and driving revenue through the partner network.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to Partner issues related to process.
- Collaborate with other teams/Departments to resolve issues (i.e., Ops MIS team, Finance, IT etc..
- Constantly update knowledge with respect to product, process flows and best practices.
- Bring about process improvements to increase efficiency in the process.
