Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Improve Partner Relationship - Be the face of Treebo for hotel partners and maintain good relationship with them
  • Improve daily operations - Conduct regular inspection of property premises, report any untoward incidents or indications of fraud at the property
  • Increase Guest interaction - Interact with guests about their experiences on behalf of Treebo
  • Timely issue resolution - by conducting frequent/rigourous audits, Routine Audits like- 5. Daily Quality Audit & Fraud Audit, Periodic Audits Line - F&B, Laundry, Fire Safety, 6. Breakfast etc.Transformation Audits - Initial & Final Inspection
  • Better Staff Management & Staff Training - Help hotel staff with challenges/ questions they might have from time to time, getting involved in day-to-day operations, Train and re-train the staff on our standard operating procedures and on use of our technology solution
  • Better escalation handling

Requirements

  • Candidates with 1 to 3 years of hotel management experience in front office roles preferred.
  • If fresher graduates with a degree in hotel management
  • Comfortable working with a team
  • Have the humility and eagerness to learn/improve
  • Have an attitude and approach to simple life problems
  • Have experience in handling hotel staff
  • Have experience preferably in the Hospitality sector
  • Know the basics of the Hospitality Industry
  • Be able to handle guest complaints and conflicts
  • Be able to train the hotel staff
  • Have fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a big plus
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have great decision making and problems solving skills
  • Have Good leadership skills
  • Have the ability to motivate staff
