Position Title: Partner Manager
About this role: The Partner Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful enablement and growth of Services Channel Partners at Phenom. This role involves coaching and mentoring partners to excel in delivering the full suite of talent management software products and solutions. From coordinating training activities to ensuring operational excellence, the Partner Manager will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships between clients, partners, and internal teams.
What you'll do:
Participate in partner implementations to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Take ownership of the partner experience and drive operational excellence to facilitate ease of doing business.
Manage the enablement process for select channel partners, including training in sales, solutions, implementation, education services, and release management.
Assist in developing key partner support processes, tools, and systems for the partner community.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to partners post-enablement.
Gather feedback on partner pain-points and uncertainties to inform product enhancements and improvements.
Cultivate relationships with partners and their clients, when applicable.
What you've done:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Consulting, or equivalent experience.
3 to 5 years of experience in Partner management in SaaS or with a Big 4 consulting firm, or equivalent experience in project management of software implementations or account management.
3 to 5 years of experience with client-facing services and team management.
Experience in a Talent Acquisition platform or solution preferred.
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in PMO products (MS Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience with customer relationship management applications (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional etiquette.
