GLOBAL PARTNER MANAGER
Exp: 18+ years
The Partner Manager is accountable for generating pipeline through the effective management of partnerships with one or more Alliances/Partnerships for their assigned scope at Global/Industry/Business Line/RBU level. He/She is responsible for maximizing value creation through the development and roll out of effective Partner growth strategies and go-to-market plans in line with the overall Ecosystem strategy
Partnership Development
Build and grow a strong relationship with partners to ensure pro-active joint Business Development
Develop and drive (bilaterally) partner strategy and orchestrated business plan to boost top line growth and improve win rates by leveraging partner's assets, capabilities, and network
Leverage partner relationship to facilitate sell-to activities
Lead a joined-up partner centric governance, priority setting, business and operational planning at global/regional level
Animate the Partnerships Leaders community of key contributors and stakeholders for Alliances & Partnerships in scope
Manage the company's partnership obligations with support from procurement and legal
Improve Partnership levels and drive programs to secure the relevant Partnership Awards
Monitor and actively manage partnership performance according to agreed priority objectives and KPIs
Support profitability improvements by maximize partner incentives generated
Orchestrate advancement of capabilities, competencies & certifications for assigned scope
Joint Business Development
Lead the overall development and coordination of joint GTM plans and priorities for Alliances & Partnerships in scope
Drive the development and implementation of Growth Campaigns to accelerate Business Development and Sales
Drive joint account planning across all Industries/RBUs to generate pipeline
Support closure of qualified opportunities, with Alliances & Partnerships in scope, and contribute to customer success
