Job Description:
Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
As part of the Regional Partner Sales Execution team, aid and facilitate the successful growth of revenue (including Influence Revenue) derived through the collaboration with Hyper-scalers (AWS, MS & Google) to meet long term productivity and business objectives. These goals are achieved through building productive business relationships with Hyperscalers Sales Executives, Solution Partners, Partner Management Execs and Partner Development Execs.
Work Collaboratively with Hyper-scaler personnel to enhance awareness of siemens S/W Portfolio and Create & Execute Joint GTM's to facilitate Growth of revenue.
Works on projects/assignments of strategic scope to develop special packages to enhance penetration of Siemens S/W portfolio in Defined Markets i.e Startups, Incubators, Industry Associations etc.
Business Planning and Execution
- Creating a Joint business plan with hyper-scalers identifying potential customers / Verticals/ Portfolio which clearly defines the number of Joint GTM/ Direct Revenue (Marketplace)/ Influenced revenue and monitor the execution to achieve desired results
- Strategic Initiatives - Work with PME's /Sales orchestrators /Vertical Heads to create special packages to penetrate defined markets/ New customers. This requires collaboration with the Zone.
- Work with the Hyper-scaler Marketing and Siemens Marketing teams to create a plan of Joint Events for demand Generation for the Year and support the execution of the plan
- Provide insight and support to the execution of the Hyper-scaler MDF Program to enhance use, quality, and impact to generate and maintain the pipeline and in market spend
Revenue Management and Co-Selling
- Achieve direct/ influenced license revenue targets for region by actively supporting Sales Orchestrators/ PME to close their opportunities
- Build close collaborative relationship with Senior Hyperscalers Executives to focus on strategic growth of overall business
- Work with PMEs/Siemens partners to help them navigate the Hyperscalers ecosystem and create additional pipeline
- Strategic territory planning identifying and prioritising investment areas, and potential for innovative initiatives
- Coach and advise Siemens SO/PME in the standard methodologies for identifying and qualifying new customer targets and opportunities with Hyperscalers
- Facilitate the Relationship Building amongst Hyperscalers Executives and Siemens Executives
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Orchestrators/ PME's to create special packages and monitor their effectiveness in the market
- Handle the dashboard and reports for effective monitoring and forecasting
- Collaborates with the Zone and global leadership on the new development and programs for Hyperscalers and implements them if applicable in the region.
Mentoring & Leadership
- Mentor and coach others (SO's/PME's/Partner representatives) on the detailed understanding of Hyperscalers Sales processes and Sales approaches, tools and practices and also on the special packages
General
- Support the organisational culture, values and reputation in company markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.
- Willing and able to travel to appropriate work locations, as required by SISW or specified by the customer pursuit/project.
- Willing and available to work the core hours required by SISW or specified by the customer project, respecting local country legislation and company policies.
