Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Partner/Alliance Manager to build and nurture a high-impact ecosystem of strategic partners, platforms, analysts, alliances, and advisors to generate a strong sales pipeline for our software solutions, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRM and business software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software sales landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships and alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ecosystem Development: Identify, onboard, and cultivate relationships with key partners, including technology platforms, consulting firms, advisors, analysts, and other strategic alliances to build a collaborative ecosystem that drives revenue.
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's sales and growth goals, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads from partner channels.
- Pipeline Generation: Work closely with partners to create joint sales and marketing plans, campaigns, and events that contribute to lead generation and sales pipeline growth for software products like HubSpot, Salesforce, and others.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic partners, fostering deep relationships that drive collaboration, engagement, and mutual value.
- Enablement and Training: Collaborate with internal teams to provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of partnership programs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize partner performance and ROI.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback and insights from partners to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product and sales strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partnership initiatives with overall business goals and to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development within the software, technology, or SaaS industry, preferably with experience in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish and grow relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Sales Acumen: A background in sales or sales support, with an understanding of how partnerships and alliances contribute to revenue growth.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about partnerships and alliances, with a focus on long-term value creation and revenue impact.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to partners and present partnership success metrics to internal stakeholders.
