We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Partner Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to enhance our distribution network.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Sales Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell our products/services.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze partner performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with overall business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partner performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in channel partner management, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing channel relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
