Position Overview:
The Parent Coordinator at Spellzee plays a vital role in bridging the communication between the company and the parents of students using our educational platform. This position is responsible for ensuring that parents are informed, supported, and engaged in their children's educational journey. The Parent Coordinator will work closely with various departments to provide a seamless and positive experience for our parent community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication and Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide parents with detailed information about Spellzee's products, services, and updates.
- Conduct regular communication through emails, newsletters, webinars, and social media to keep parents informed and engaged.
- Community Building:
- Develop and maintain a strong parent community through online forums, social media groups, and events.
- Organize and facilitate parent workshops, webinars, and information sessions to enhance parent engagement and understanding of the platform.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all parents.
- Support and Guidance:
- Offer personalized guidance to parents on how to effectively use Spellzee's platform and resources to support their children's learning.
- Assist parents in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues or challenges they may encounter.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Feedback and Improvement:
- Collect and analyze feedback from parents to identify areas for improvement in Spellzee's offerings.
- Work with the product development team to convey parent insights and suggestions for enhancing user experience.
- Monitor and report on parent satisfaction and engagement metrics.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create content and materials tailored to parents needs and interests.
- Collaborate with educators and other stakeholders to align communication and support efforts.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent the parent perspective and advocate for their needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in parent engagement, community building, or customer service, preferably in an educational or EdTech setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships with diverse parent communities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and social media platforms.
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting families and enhancing educational experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
