Job Description
We are seeking a talented Pardot Consultant with 4-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a profound knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce, coupled with a proven track record in the implementation and configuration of Pardot solutions, as well as expertise in working with the Salesforce Connector.
Key Responsibilities
- Pardot Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Pardot, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce through the Salesforce Connector.
- Automated Campaigns: Design, implement, and oversee automated campaigns across email and web channels to drive engagement and conversion.
- Marketing KPIs: Analyze and report on marketing KPIs, focusing on email marketing performance and conversion metrics.
- Salesforce Features: Set up and manage Salesforce features such as Engagement History, Campaign Influence, B2B Marketing Analytics, and the drag-and-drop email builder.
- Lead Qualification: Manage the Pardot lead qualification process, including grading and scoring, to optimize lead nurturing and conversion.
- Engagement Studio: Utilize Engagement Studio to establish and maintain effective lead nurturing programs.
- Pardot Administration: Administer the Pardot ecosystem, ensuring adherence to best practices and proficient utilization of new features.
- HTML/CSS: Utilize HTML and CSS to design and customize landing pages, forms, and email templates within Pardot.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Possess a working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), along with experience in technology architecture and development.
Required Qualifications
- Pardot Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Pardot, encompassing at least three successful Pardot implementations.
- Salesforce Experience: At least 2 years of experience in delivering Salesforce marketing automation projects, including proficiency in using Sales Cloud, APEX, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Certifications: Possession of the Certified Pardot Consultant (Pardot Specialist certification is advantageous).
- Pardot API: Experience in utilizing the Pardot API to integrate third-party systems.
- Marketing Automation: Familiarity with other marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is desirable.
- Technical Skills: Fundamental understanding of LWC and REST APIs.
Good To Have Skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC): Familiarity with SFMC is advantageous.
- Pardot Specialist Certification: Possession of this additional certification is beneficial.
- HTML/CSS: Proficiency in HTML/CSS for creating customized content in Pardot.
