Job Description

Shift Timing:

Mon Thurs 0930-1830, Friday 0930 17:00, Weekly 38.5 Hours shift (India)

Requirement:

Qualification: Should be a graduate (any graduate, Law degree is not mandatory)

Work Experience: 0-1 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the global Operations team to oversee the Global Records Process.
  • Monitor all stages of contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals, terminations, and initiation of new contracts.
  • Provide support to General Manager Legal, Senior Paralegal and teams globally and internally in providing the required information.
  • Manage the repository of Contract records in NES Fircroft's internal Records management tools and database.
  • Manage the repository of Contract Records in Luminance.
  • Aid the Paralegal team in streamlining the contract documentation process.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all contract information within the global database.
  • Address queries relating to previously executed Contract agreements raised by various internal NES Fircroft teams.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to facilitate the efficient operation of the Global Contract process.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time management abilities and adept at multitasking.
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with database systems such as SharePoint and Share Drive.
  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail with a knack for prioritization and time management.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to maintain strong relationships with various function of company's operation.
  • Displays professional integrity and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consistently follows processes and instructions with precision.
