Job Description

Shift Timing: Mon Thurs 0930-1830, Friday 0930 17:00, Weekly 38.5 Hours shift (India) Qualification: Should be a graduate with 0-1 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing Global Lease Process and liaise with Operations team globally with creating and checking business cases for office and residential properties and vehicle leases.

Tracking the status of all stages of the approval and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the timeliness of renewals, terminations and new leases.

Provide support to General Manager -Legal, in providing the required information.

Manage the repository of lease records in NES Fircroft's internal Records management tools and database.

Manage and assist Paralegal team in maintaining the lease documentation process.

Support internal accounts/finance teams in audit process & answering queries and ensuring that all information in the database is maintained accurately.

Resolve queries relating to previously executed lease agreements raised by various internal NES Fircroft teams.

Undertake other duties commensurate with the position to ensure the smooth operation of NES Fircroft's Global lease process.

Good knowledge of excel, word, outlook (especially the task feature) and conversant with database systems (e.g. SharePoint, smartsheet or similar).

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to maintain strong relationships with various function of company's operation.

Displays professional integrity and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to accurately collate, input, and report on large quantities of data.

The ability to work well independently while understanding when to refer to other team members.

Strong and proven ability to follow process and clear instructions consistently.
