Job Description

Conveyancing Secretary

- Minimum with two (2) years working experience in Conveyancing in a legal firm is required

- Familiar with conveyancing procedure

- To complete assigned work in strict deadline

- To monitor closely all files progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of work

- To work independently with minimum supervision

- To attend to other legal work assigned by the Firm from time to time
  • Paralegal*

General conveyancing work, conveyancing documentation, developer's project, banking, loan and general law firm administrative work.

- Willing to learn new skills and knowledge.

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines given by clients.

- Able to work in a team with other legal executives / clerks / paralegals / lawyers / legal assistants

- With good interpersonal skills and able to communicate / correspond / liaise with clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
