Responsibilities:
1. Office Support:
- Assisting with administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Helping organize meetings and setting up conference rooms.
- Delivering documents and packages within the office.
2. Pantry Management:
- Keeping the pantry stocked with snacks, beverages, and other supplies.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the pantry area.
- Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
3. General Assistance:
- Supporting team members with various tasks as needed.
- Maintaining a pleasant office environment.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly demeanor and willingness to help.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to 14,000.00 per month
