Job Description:
Experience: 4-10+ years.
Key Responsibilities
Test Automation Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Panaya and other relevant tools.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Ensure that automated tests are effective and provide comprehensive coverage for new and existing functionalities.
Test Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to understand test requirements and design test plans.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Report and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously improve the automated testing framework and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the QA team.
Documentation:
- Document automated test cases, test scripts, and test results.
- Create and maintain detailed and accurate test documentation and reports.
