Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content that resonates with the target audience
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to implement innovative advertising strategies
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creative, targeting, and audience segments for optimal performance
- Manage budgets for paid social campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation and maximized return on investment
- Engage with target audiences through paid media strategies to boost online sales and brand awareness
- Provide performance reports and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and achieve marketing objectives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in paid social media advertising and campaign management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns for customer acquisition and ROI growth
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in ad content creation and creative collaboration with design teams
- Knowledge of current social media trends and platform updates
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or DTC industries
- Familiarity with customer acquisition strategies and performance-driven marketing
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
