This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Media professional located in Pune. The Paid Media professional will be responsible for planning and executing paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. The role includes creating and optimizing ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights to drive growth and optimize return on investment.

• Proven experience in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent knowledge of digital advertising trends, best practices, and industry tools
• Experience in managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital advertising certifications are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
