As a Paid Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing performance-driven media strategies. Leveraging your expertise in media planning, buying, and campaign management, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize paid media efforts across various platforms. Key Responsibilities (including, not restricted to)
- Media Planning & Buying: Develop and implement media strategies aligned with client objectives, including budget allocation and negotiation with media vendors.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and KPIs.
- Performance Marketing: Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights, conducting A/B testing and audience segmentation to maximize ROI.
- Creative Optimization: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in media planning, buying, negotiations, budget management. and campaign management across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms are a plus.
