myHQ Marketing Team

The marketing function is responsible for helping build the category of flexible working, listening to the changing workspace needs of individuals and organizations in today's world and empowering them with the right environment to be able to make magic everywhere, every single day.

We aim to do this by thought leadership in our content, deep understanding of our users through constant listening and research, increasing their awareness about our products & solutions through scalable channels, recruiting new users to our tribe and constantly increasing engagement with existing users by finding ways to make ourselves more relevant in their lives. We believe in the power of user & product thinking and data driven insights and actions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Execution and Optimization of performance marketing campaigns and account management on all key digital channels (Search, Social, Programmatic etc.)
  • Be responsible for day-to-day Digital Ad Operations and reporting along with so process from enabling acquisition and onboarding, to day-to-day Digital Ad Operations and performance across channels along with requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and contribute in growing and scaling digital channel strategies
  • Work with leadership to modify strategic plans to provide expert advice, strategic thinking and guidance on all digital campaigns and delivery.
  • Implement and manage strategies for Web and App campaigns using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Mix Panel, Branch etc.
  • You'd fit right in, if you
  • Are a Graduate/MBA with 2+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Paid Search (PPC) & Paid Social Strategy
  • Have hands on knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager and experience in planning and managing high advertising spends
  • Have an understanding of 3rd party and analytics tools like GA4, Appsflyer, GTM etc.
  • Advanced excel and Microsoft office skills.
  • Advanced certification for Adwords, DBM Fundamentals exam, Facebook Blueprint etc is a plus
  • Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.
