Job Description

We are a Mumbai-based full-service advertising and branding agencyan organization with over a decade of experience in Advertising, Brand Consulting, and Communication. We are adept in creating Brand Identity, corporate communication, Packaging Design, Social Media Marketing, content creation, SEO & SEM, etc. We also specialize in Visual Merchandising, Space Designing, and Interior Designing.

Role Description -

  • Campaign Planning and Strategy:

Develop SEM strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.

Plan campaign structures, ad groups, and ad copy to maximize performance.

  • Keyword Research and Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.

Analyze keyword performance data to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities.

  • Campaign Planning and Strategy:

Develop SEM strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.

Plan campaign structures, ad groups, and ad copy to maximize performance.

  • Bid Management:

Monitor and adjust keyword bids to achieve target positions and ROI goals.

Utilize bid management tools and techniques to optimize campaign performance.

  • A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify winning variations.

Implement test results to improve campaign performance and ROI.

  • Landing Page Optimization:

Collaborate with web development and design teams to optimize landing pages for conversion.

Test landing page elements such as layout, content, and calls to action to improve performance.

  • Competitive Analysis:

Monitor competitor advertising activities and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

Benchmark campaign performance against competitors and industry standards.

  • Conversion Tracking and Optimization:

Set up and maintain conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications -

Skills -

Exhibit proficiency in both verbal and written English communication.

Embrace a team player mindset, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Canva.

Strong attention to detail.

Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style

Have a strong desire to learn and add value to the team

Quantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics

Platforms -

Proficiently navigates Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter advertising platforms.

Showcase familiarity with advanced tools such as Tag Manager, AdWords Editor, and Google Analytics.

Familiarity with platforms such as Performance Max (PMax), Demand Generation, Display Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads would be a plus.

Certifications:

Google Ads certification is mandatory.

Meta Blueprint certification would be an added advantage.

Other relevant certifications (HubSpot, Inbound, LinkedIn) would be an advantage.
