Job Overview:We are looking for a talented and motivated Paid Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. As a Paid Media Executive at Logicloop Ventures, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). You will work closely with senior team members to drive client success through effective advertising strategies and continuous performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Management:
- Create, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search engines, social platforms, and display networks (Google Ads, Facebook,etc.).
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports. Analyze key metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ensure budget adherence.
- Audience Research & Segmentation:
- Conduct research to identify target audiences, perform keyword research, and optimize targeting for maximum ROI.
- A/B Testing & Optimization:
- Design and implement A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to continually improve campaign results.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize client budgets, ensuring the best use of allocated spend to meet client KPIs and goals.
- Collaboration with Clients & Team:
- Work closely with the account management team and clients to understand business objectives, ensuring campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.
- Industry Trends & Best Practices:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid media, including platform updates, new tools, and industry innovations. Provide recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Skills:
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital advertising tools. Strong understanding of bid management, keyword research, and audience targeting.
- Analytical Ability:
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data and performance results to clients and internal teams.
- Detail-Oriented:
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensuring campaign accuracy and effectiveness.
- Educational Background:
- A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
Desirable Skills:- Certifications:
- Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint, or similar industry certifications are a plus.
- Tools Experience:
- Familiarity with other advertising platforms and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or HubSpot is beneficial.
- Creative Mindset:
- A creative approach to ad copywriting and landing page design.
