Job Description:
As a Paid Media at Realatte Ventures LLP, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients real estate projects receive maximum exposure and achieve their marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with client goals and target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential target segments.
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
- Campaign Execution and Optimization:Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for better results.
- Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance and maximize ROI.
- Budget Management:Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Track expenses and provide regular budget updates to the management team.
- Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Use analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and recommend adjustments accordingly.
- Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on campaign progress and performance.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends:Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media advertising.
- Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and executing paid media campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in relevant platforms (Google Ads, Facebook , etc.) are a plus.
