We are seeking a paid marketing expert to help acquire new E-commerce orders through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns. The role involves managing the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns, measuring and optimizing our paid marketing, and collaborating with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
Role and Responsibilities
The paid marketing expert will be responsible for:
- Implementing all external, online acquisition marketing, execution, and optimization across channels.
- Managing the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
- Measuring and optimizing our paid marketing.
- Using Google Analytics and marketing analytics reports.
- Being well-acquainted with Google Ads - Shopping Ads/Search Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels if any.
- Having expertise in e-commerce, preferably the international market.
- Managing feeds and updating manual feeds if required.
- Solving feed disapproval and warnings from time to time.
- Being well-versed in all bidding strategies and optimizing techniques for Google and Facebook Ads.
- Writing ad copies and suggesting other formats of creative.
- Understanding the entire funnel and leveraging sales from them based on various remarketing campaigns.
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- BA/BBA/MBA/B.Tech or equivalent working experience.
- 5 to 15 years of experience in paid marketing from an E-commerce background, preferably with international companies selling apparels or other Indian products.
- In-depth knowledge of various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, and social network advertising (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, Bing, Quora, and more).
- Experience handling marketing budgets above 20-50+ lakhs a month and forecasting/reporting results.
