Job Description

Position Title: Paid Ads Specialist (North America Market)

Location: REMOTE

7pm- 4am IST (US Shift)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ads Specialist with extensive experience in managing paid advertising campaigns specifically targeted for the North American market. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising initiatives across various platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies tailored to the unique characteristics of the North American market.
  2. Manage all aspects of paid advertising campaigns (Google and Meta Ads), including campaign setup, keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform campaign optimization strategies.
  4. Continuously monitor campaign performance and key metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.
  5. Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align paid advertising efforts with overall business objectives and marketing initiatives.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to paid advertising, and implement new features and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Provide regular reports and performance updates to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  2. years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on the North American market.
  3. Proven track record of driving results through successful paid advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign optimization techniques and best practices.
  4. In-depth knowledge of major advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and others, along with proficiency in ad management tools and analytics platforms.
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, strategies, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  8. Relevant certifications such as Google Ads certification or Facebook Blueprint certification are a plus.
