Job Description:
As a Paid Ads Specialist at Fusion Pulse, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Your role will be crucial in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI for our e-commerce clients. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team and data analysts to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Keyword Research and Analysis:
- Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and trends.
- Continuously analyze keyword performance and adjust bids to maximize ROI.
Ad Creative Development:
- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Create ad copy and align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio) to track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Budget Management:
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor spend and adjust budgets based on performance data.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising platforms.
- Implement best practices and innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, design, and data analysts to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Collaborate with data analysts to interpret campaign data and generate insights.
- Use data visualization tools to create clear and actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of successful campaigns with measurable results.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center for managing product feeds and shopping ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio).
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager for implementing and managing tags.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent understanding of keyword research, bid management, and ad optimization techniques.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
