Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing professional at ZEALTH Health Tech Pvt. Ltd in Noida. The role involves executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing sales techniques to drive business growth. The Performance Marketing professional will be responsible for communication with internal teams and external partners to optimize marketing efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in paid advertising, particularly with women-focused e-commerce brands

• Good knowledge of META and Google Ads, particularly in the context of e-commerce brands, is important.
• Skilled in social media marketing and lead generation strategies.
• Experience with marketing and web analytics tools like GA4.
• Expertise in performance marketing with a focus on e-commerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of audience research and segmentation.
• Strong Knowledge of campaign optimization and A/B testing.

Technical Skills/Tools:

• Strong tracking and managing knowledge of GTM tags & events
• Strong technical knowledge of GMC and Google Keyword Planner.
• Pixel setup, event setup and tracking for both Google and meta.
• Analysis of audience journey by using Microsoft clarity.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization.
