Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement packaging processes and strategies
  • Reduction of wastage and recycling of packaging material
  • Deploy modern packaging machines to improve packaging efficiency and cost
  • Ensure compliance with the company's packaging standards and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and oversee the packaging team to ensure optimal productivity
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of packaging processes
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality
  • Provide technical support and training to the packaging team
  • Monitor and control inventory of packaging materials

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor/Master of Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of packaging materials and technologies
  • Knowledge of logistics from a cost saving perspective will be an added advantage
  • Open to New Delhi as a location
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Result -oriented and creative approach
