Packaging Development Manager

Provides support and lead team for packaging development and continuous improvement initiatives, carry out packaging studies to analyze effectiveness of the packaging material, development of packaging standards and improvements to existing packaging. The majority of time will be spent on designing, specifying, developing and implementing cost effective Primary, Secondary and Tertiary packaging by evaluating existing packaging, and recommending and implementing cost reducing opportunities.

Researches and provides technical input and support for packaging innovation and commercialization initiatives

Design and recommend PM compatible to the product & in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Evaluate technical and financial feasibility of new packaging innovations in collaboration with Operations teams

Manage interdependencies between packaging projects and other Business Unit or Operations strategies.

1.Preferably from Agrochemical industry.
