Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Process P2P transactions accurately and efficiently, including payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of P2P transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve P2P processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on P2P transactions, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processing.
- Support: Provide support and guidance to internal teams on P2P processes and best practices.
