Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership and responsibility for driving standardization and improvement of offshore P2P and TPRM processes
- Lead, train, manage, and develop offshore P2P and TPRM
- Understand, document, and build consistent and repeatable end-to-end P2P processes
- Build & maintain documentation to institutionalize and transfer knowledge; develop training materials and train P2P users and offshore team
- Establish common tools and processes across the enterprise
- Review workflow daily, identifying and resolving any roadblocks with on and offshore associates
- Identify areas of improvement and opportunities to advance P2P metrics and streamlining processes and operations
- Leverage Workday technology to drive acceleration of P2P automation
- Responsible for data integrity of offshore team's work and building a team of excellence and consistent and timely delivery
- Map controls to processes and support review of key risks and associated controls for key functions
- Understand and deliver upon KPIs; identify and deploy tactics for improvement
- Build process and systems training and refresh when necessary; conduct training as required
Required Skills And Experience
- 10+ years of directly related experience in supporting P2P and TPRM policies, processes, and governance.
- Superior oral and written communications skills; adept at explaining functions and processes to uninitiated users and drive positive results
- Solid ERP P2P system experience Workday preferred.
- Deep understanding of best in class P2P and TPRM processes including but not limited to: PO management, accounts payable, invoice processing, T&E process mgmt., reporting and analysis, and contract management and administration
- Data driven and comfortable managing with metrics and KPIs
- Experience in managing risk and controls
- Continuous improvement mindset with an ability to work in a cross-functional, global, and fast-paced environment
- Action and delivery-oriented associate with an ability to develop strong relationship with stakeholder on and offshore
- Strong experience in managing teams of various levels and skillsets
- Experience in leading and developing an offshore team to support US based stakeholders
- Ability to be creative and develop out-of-the box solutions and to work with abstract concepts to develop strategies and opportunities.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and present results to varied audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Schedule flexibility to meet with US based associates in EST and CST time zones
