Welcome to People & Organization P&O MEIA
In P&O you will be part of a global and diversified group of people. You will get 90+ highly engaged and skilled colleagues with different levels of seniority, expertise, and backgrounds. We have just established our regional P&O operations for MEIA consisting of 10 employees sitting across the region. In This Role Youll Make An Impact By
- Delivering high standard core Benefits & payroll processing management of the company.
- Being the face of people and Organization team when responding to employee issues like local reports, policies, benefits, etc. in a timely manner and maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Score.
- Following company procedures as it relates to HR best practices and handling confidential information.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure P&O Ops processes are documented, efficient and foster a positive employee experience.
- Driving key projects and automations by working closely with the teams to ensure effective and efficient work environment within Novonesis.
- Ensuring compliance with Statutory compliances, managing compliance vendors, immediately highlighting any breaches or areas of concern.
- Leveraging data and analytics to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
- Providing ideas and participate in initiatives to harmonize, globalize and digitalize.
To Succeed You Must Hold
- 6-8 years of experience administering payroll and benefits preferably for multiple legal entities and across countries.
- Ability to work across geographies and different regulatory environments.
- Bachelors Degree in HR/Analytics
- Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze statistical data and develop recommendations.
- Delivering HR services with a high degree of customer orientation and an exemplary and proactive can-do attitude.
- Ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in P&O consultancy, while also pragmatically addressing real-world complexities.
- Must be able to embrace a sense of urgency, innovation and resourcefulness.
- Demonstrated expertise in using Workday or similar HRIS tools.
- Embracing automation with a continuous improvement mindset
