Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Overseas Counsellor at WHY Global Services located in Egmore. As an Overseas Counsellor, As an Overseas Sales Counselor for education purposes, you will be responsible for promoting and selling educational programs, courses, and services to students. Your primary goal will be to attract prospective students, provide them with information about educational opportunities, and assist them throughout the application and enrollment process. This role requires a strong understanding of the education system, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with students and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote educational programs, courses, and services to potential international students through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct presentations and seminars to showcase the benefits of the educational programs offered by the institution.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students promptly and provide them with accurate information about courses, admission requirements, tuition fees, and scholarship opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a database of prospective students and follow up with them to nurture leads and convert them into enrollments.
• Provide personalized counseling and guidance to prospective students regarding their educational and career goals.
• Advise students on visa requirements, immigration procedures, and other logistical aspects of studying abroad.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational agents, recruitment partners, and institutions abroad to facilitate student recruitment efforts.
• Assist students with the completion of application forms, submission of required documents, and other administrative tasks related to the admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and enrollments using CRM software or other database systems.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and student demographics to inform strategic decision-making and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of study abroad programs and admission requirements
• Experience in counseling or advising students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and employers
• Knowledge of visa processes and requirements
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
• Fluency in English and one or more foreign languages is a plus
• Must be strong in Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 15,000 per month

Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus
