Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Study Abroad counselor at Immigration Xperts. As a Counselor, you will be responsible for the following roles:

Job Title: Study Abroad Counselor

Location: Rajouri Branch, Delhi, India

Job Type: Full-Time

*Job Roles and Responsibilities: *

1. Counseling:

- Conduct in-depth consultations, both in-person and virtually, to assess students academic backgrounds, interests, and aspirations.

- Offer personalized advice on study abroad options, visa requirements, and career pathways.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and their families, ensuring high client satisfaction.

2. Research:

- Research educational institutions, courses, and study destinations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.

- Stay informed about changes in immigration policies, visa regulations, and industry trends to offer the best possible advice to clients.

- Analyze student profiles and recommend suitable programs and institutions based on their academic and career goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in education, business, or a related discipline.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

- Experience in sales, counseling, or a related field is a plus.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other tools to manage client information and track progress.

- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Remuneration*

3-4 LPA. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
