Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Overseas Education Consultant located in Pune. As an Overseas Education Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will include providing education consulting services, offering guidance on educational opportunities abroad, facilitating communication between students and institutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting students in their study abroad journey, helping them make informed decisions, and ensuring a smooth admission and visa process.

Qualifications

• Educational Consulting and Education Expertise
• Strong consulting skills and ability to provide guidance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas counselling for UK, AUSTRALIA, NZ, CANADA, EUROPE
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with students and institutions
• Knowledge of study abroad processes and requirements
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Fluency in additional languages is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
