Job Title: Overseas Career Counsellor

Experience: 2-4 years in the overseas student enrollment process

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling: Provide expert guidance to students on study abroad opportunities, helping them choose the right university and program based on their interests, academic profile, and career goals.

Enrollment Process: Manage the complete overseas student enrollment process, from initial counseling to university application submission, including scholarship opportunities.

Visa Process Coordination: Advise students on visa procedures, documentation, and deadlines, ensuring a smooth visa application process.

University Tie-ups & Coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities abroad, managing partnerships and coordinating with university representatives for student applications, queries, and admissions.

Communication and Documentation: Handle all student and university-related communication, ensuring that students are kept informed throughout the process. Prepare and maintain documentation for student files, visa, and university admissions.

Multilingual Support: Assist students from diverse backgrounds, providing counseling in multiple languages (if applicable).

Incentive-based Performance: Achieve individual enrollment targets and performance goals to earn incentives.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the overseas education sector, specifically in student enrollment, visa processing, and university coordination.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.

Knowledge of VISA Process: Strong understanding of the student visa process for various countries, including documentation, interview preparation, and embassy requirements.

University Knowledge: Familiarity with top universities and educational institutions across popular study destinations like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and others.

Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep track of student application progress, visa applications, and deadlines.

Customer-oriented: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.

Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively with other counselors and staff members to ensure students receive comprehensive support.

Additional Advantages:

Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.) will be considered an added advantage.
