Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Overseas Business Development Manager with a proven track record in global market expansion, particularly in the freight forwarding and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and managing client relationships across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential international clients, freight forwarders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing international clients, providing excellent customer service
• Achieve sales targets by closing deals, negotiating contracts, and managing pricing strategies for global clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth execution of international projects and alignment of business goals.
• Frequent international travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• MBA with a focus on Shipping and Logistics.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the shipping industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
