We are looking for an experienced Overseas Business Development / Gulf Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-11 years of experience in the job market context of India, with a proven track record of success in recruiting for Gulf countries. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients in Gulf countries to generate new business opportunities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating contracts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and job market changes
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and business development progress
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure successful delivery of recruitment projects
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-11 years of experience in the job market context of India
- Proven experience in recruiting for Gulf countries
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and generate new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and negotiate contracts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Experience using recruitment software and tools, with proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
