LOCATION - NOIDA
Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and their families on UK university admission requirements, procedures, and program options.
- Assist students in identifying and selecting suitable universities and courses based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Guide students through the entire application process, including application form completion, personal statement writing, and document preparation.
- Provide information on standardized tests (e.g., IELTS) and assist students in registering and preparing for these exams.
- Stay updated on the admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and application deadlines of UK universities.
- Organize and conduct information sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate students about studying in the UK.
- Liaise with UK university representatives to facilitate student admissions and address any queries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all student interactions and application processes in the admissions database.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families throughout the admission process.
- Attend and participate in education fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events to promote the consultancy's services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international admissions counseling or a related field, with specific knowledge of the UK education system.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK education system and admission processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with admission databases.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment events and school visits.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an educational consultancy or higher education institution.
- Knowledge of the UK student visa application process and requirements.
