- Support Commercial Executives in Outreach Initiatives to major retailers globally
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams to understand their outreach strategies and objectives for different product lines.
- Research and identify potential retail partners and key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Utilize various tools and platforms (. e. LinkedIn and Rocket Reach) to source high-quality leads that align with the companys commercial goals.
- Implement and customize outreach templates provided by commercial executives to ensure messaging is aligned with retailer and campaign objectives
- Adapt templates as necessary to suit the specific needs and preferences of different retailers or regions.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of contacts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Organize contacts by relevant categories such as industry, region, and previous interactions to facilitate efficient outreach efforts.
- Manage workflows and processes to ensure warm leads and customer responses are diverted to commercial executives for relevant responses.
- Track the progress of outreach initiatives, including response rates and engagement levels.
- Provide regular reports to commercial executives on the status of outreach activities and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Ensure all outreach activities comply with company policies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices for lead generation and cold outreach to continually improve processes.
- Participate in regular meetings with commercial executives and other stakeholders to review outreach plans and outcomes.
- Remain flexible and responsive to the dynamic needs of the commercial executives and the broader organization.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Demonstrated experience in cold outreach and lead generation, particularly with major retailers or B2B clients.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify and qualify relevant contacts through various tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft and customize outreach messages.
- Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining a contact database, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
- Competency in using lead generation and contact sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Rocket Reach, or similar platforms is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email marketing tools.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contact information and outreach communications.
- Ability to meticulously follow templates and guidelines while adapting them as necessary.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
