Your primary role will be to connect with prospects, generate leads using Sales Navigator, and provide actionable insights to enhance our outreach strategy.
Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Outreach:
- Connect with targeted prospects on LinkedIn.
- Engage with potential leads by commenting on and reacting to their posts.
- Personalize connection requests and follow-up messages to foster relationships.
Lead Generation:
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and generate leads within the recruitment industry.
- Focus on specific target cities and industries as provided.
- Maintain a detailed and organized list of leads and their contact information.
Insights and Strategy:
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize outreach efforts.
- Analyze outreach performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on LinkedIn's latest tools and best practices for lead generation.
Content Interaction:
- Actively participate in relevant LinkedIn groups and discussions.
- Share and comment on industry-specific content to increase visibility and engagement.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on outreach activities and lead generation progress.
- Use metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of outreach strategies.
- Provide weekly updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) and achievements.
