This vital role involves building and maintaining relationships with other agencies and product companies, managing communications, and ensuring timely follow-ups to foster partnerships and collaborations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be adept at managing multiple priorities, and have a keen interest in the digital and tech industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and product companies.
- Coordinate and manage communication between our team and external partners.
- Schedule and keep track of follow-ups to ensure timely responses and actions.
- Organize meetings, calls, and presentations with potential and existing partners.
- Prepare reports on the status of ongoing outreach efforts and outcomes.
- Assist in the development of outreach strategies to enhance visibility and collaborative opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts and interaction history.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with business goals.
- Proven experience of 1- 2 years in an outreach, public relations, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must to have.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
