Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling:Place outbound calls to customers, clients, or leads based on the campaign's objectives
Conduct surveys, collect information, and provide relevant details or solutions over the phone
Promote products or services, explain features and benefits, and attempt to secure sales or appointments
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and trust
Data Management:Maintain accurate and detailed records of outbound calls, responses, and customer information in a database or CRM system
Update customer profiles and ensure data accuracy for future interactions
Compliance:Adhere to all relevant legal and industry regulations, such as Do Not Call lists and privacy requirements
Communicate product or service information in a transparent and compliant manner
Customer Service:Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information as required during outbound calls
Follow up on customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction
Performance Metrics:Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, conversions, and customer satisfaction
Maintain a high level of call quality, including script adherence and communication skills
