Designation: Team Leader - Outbound Sales (BPO Process: Health Insurance)
Location: Bangalore
No of Vacancies: 50 Team Leaders
Language Requirement: Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu.
Salary: Based on your last drawn salary.
Responsibilities:
1. Shrinkage Management:
- Monitor and manage shrinkage levels to ensure minimal impact on business operations.
- Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and maintain optimal staffing levels.
2. Attrition Control:
- Identify reasons for attrition and develop plans to retain employees.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and reduce turnover rates.
3. Data Management and Lead Conversion:
- Analyze lead data and develop strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
- Ensure high levels of connectivity and follow-up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
4. Agent Handling:
- Manage and supervise a team of outbound sales agents.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to agents to enhance their performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
5. Performance Tracking:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and quality standards.
6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high standards of quality in customer interactions and sales processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role within a BPO environment, preferably in the health insurance sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
