Professional Competencies.
- Total Sales experience for 3-6 years
- Experience in outbound new sales & acquisition (a number of methods ranging from cold calling to fieldwork) in a managing position (not less than 2 years)
- Prior personal experience in Outbound Sales. (Mandatory)
- Experience in Key Accounting in Sales is not compulsory but strongly preferred. (min 1 year will be counted)
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques, sales funnel, and sales workflow
- Strong CRM owner
- Ability to learn variety of products and maintaining high awareness about the products in the team.
- Managing outbound team (10-25 people), setting targets, coaching, ensuring execution.
