- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Close sales of product offerings with clients.
- Identifying customer needs and communicating client s value proposition.
- Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
- Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
- Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects.
- Utilize CRM and data entry systems.
- Manage the customer through effective communication and strong listening skills.
- Utilize, maintain, and continuously improve customer engagement and communication techniques.
- Educate customers in all products, services and packages along with competitors offerings.
- Perform outbound calls to customers based on system generated-reports in an attempt to activate their subscription packs and increase revenues customers satisfaction.
- Adhere to the pre-set quality standards to provide a consistent outstanding service to all respective customers.
- Achieve the monthly set targets for cards activation rates through the outbound calls following the approved scripts.
- Follow the related SOPs and adhere professionally to the mandatory and optional questions during the activation calls.
- Work on the prompt and professional closure of complaints related to cards activation received through the Customer Care Unit and CRM, within the set TAT.
Required Skills and Experience
- 0.5 to 1 years in Tele-Sales / Outbound Sales / Outbound Activations
