Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team at NETNXT Network. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with customers. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India and is a full-time role. Join us and be a part of our dynamic and expanding team!
Qualifications And Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
Self-motivated and target-driven
Experience in cross-selling and lead generation is a plus
Business development skills are highly desirable
Roles And Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling and networking
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors activities
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Provide feedback and market intelligence to the management team
