Roles And Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to our brand promotion services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, and successfully close sales deals to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales manager regarding progress and challenges.
